ܒܢܪܐ [?] bnrʾ silk
LS suggests the possibility of emending bnrʾ to ܒܪܢܕܐ brndʾ or ܦܪܢܕܐ prndʾ, namely NP parand painted silk (Steingass 244); if the Syr. word comes from Iranian, it must be a loanword from MP, being attested in the fourth century AD ● ER 140, 22 on which see Duval 1901, 252, 3 ܫܐܪܝܐ ◆ LS 79b
